【Guidelines】 for ImageJ Plugins on jupyterlab

• After knowing the how ImageJ's command plugins here , Op plugins work here

• I figure out, to make the customized ImageJ plugins that work on ImageJ also work on Jupyter, we need some additional guidelines, and we'll make an automatic check for the plugins based on this guideline.

1. Plugins Should Include:

- 1.1 Output Parameters:

• The plugin should define an output parameter with type ItemIO.OUTPUT instead of showing the result with ij.ui()

• The plugin should get parameters for the plugins by input instead of getting it from ImageJ Context
