What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The program is working fine however sometime captures a valid username with
a password in different format (password hash or something else)
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
examples of passwords: "4d3a22cf40d5a4fa77196f200bf5cb38",
"0079d03695a2a003d5d812e796b8111c"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 5.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes, I find 3 or 4 different password hashes for a username and at last
with the real password of 3 or 4 characters long, like when using it to capture
WiFi hotspot log on credentials

thanks

We are currently updating our definitions for login credentials. It might just
be a site that we don't yet have proper definitions for. If you are able to
tell us specific websites that are giving you this error, we would be able to
look into what is causing it and fix it shortly. Thanks.
