`mk_obj_dirs` was not being processed in the Thor test! :-o #26

Why, I don't know, but moved it now (in v0.07) back to the overall init, where the other dirs are also being created.

But... but... the entire compiling rule seems to be ignored! :-ooo WTF?!

OK, it was a bug in 0.06 (0535ff136d6d9ba3c55f34f6635874e84e305dd5), fixed in 0.0.7 (9650d8d58fb2b03c4f13d82225bb6308cb07cdf4).
