[x] The obj. monitor HUD breaks with double, too! It uses the stof lambda, which seems to err out (on std::to_chars) with doubles, even though its templated (auto)! The 15-char output buf. limit was too small for doubles.
Note: making the model data templatized affects Save/Load! -> #561!
The serialized format should perhaps be a generously (not excessively -- there could be a versioned variant (extension) for extra precision!) oversized one, converted to/fro on in/out.
