Plot of Amorphousivity vs. Independent Variable(s) #145

Use Case:

  1. User begins n-dimensional scan
  2. Software creates a plot and .csv file
  3. At each change in the independent variable(s), software calculates scalar representation of amorphousivity of the pdf per position.
  4. Software updates plot of Amorphousivity vs Independent Variable(s) (Adjusts axes at non-annoying intervals).
  5. Software also appends Amorphousivity scalar to one column and Independent Variable(s) to other(s).
  6. At the end of the scan, software displays finished plot, saves and closes .csv file.
