Fluctuations at High Q vs Independent Variable(s) #147

Use Case:

  1. User begins n-dimensional scan
  2. Software creates a plot and .csv file
  3. At each change in the independent variable(s), software calculates scalar representation of the noise (fluctuations) in the high Q region of the pdf per position.
  4. Software updates plot of High Q Fluctuations vs Independent Variable(s).
  5. Software also appends High Q Fluctuations scalar to one column and Independent Variable(s) to other(s).
  6. At the end of the scan, software displays finished plot, saves and closes .csv file.

This needs some thought, but it will be useful functionality, and needed for the adaptive-statistics-scan. Delay for 2019-2
