Support Dexela calibration #177

Currently xpdAcq run_calibration is pretty specific to the PE 2k detector. It would be nice to make this more general by giving the detector name and pixel sizes in the detector configuration.

Actions:

  1. Put detector name and other information into sacred config place on ophyd object
  2. Add nodes in pipeline to listen to the descriptor for this information.
