MTN: conda-forge all the things #10

Conda-forge is useful for releasing our code. We might try to make conda forge feedstocks for this. This may require packaging some critical projects, like fabio and pyFAI which are not inc conda-forge currently.

This is pending bluesky and most of the NSLS-II stack getting onto conda-forge.
