Personally I'd upload the other project onto conda-forge since most of the code is already there (including xpdtools). But if you want to upload this to pypi make certain that all the other deps are up.

Hi, @CJ-Wright @sbillinge . I would like to release the xpdtools on the pypi. Is it OK? One of my packages uses the xpdtools but when I would like to release it on pypi, I found that there is no xpdtools package on pypi.
