Cannot assign NEW output file #2

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click to set/load output file
2. Dialog appears
3. Try to save new output file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to set a new file, however no text area appears to enter the
file name. Should see a text area as shown in the video demonstrations.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1 on OS X Lion

Please provide any additional information below.

That's an issue with the java implementation of OS X, but there is an easy
workaround. Indeed, I'm using an "open file" dialog instead of a "save file"
dialog. On Windows, the 2 dialog types let you enter a custom file name.

I'll change the current type to a "save file" dialog. Thanks for reporting!

I don't know any Swing, can you put a fix in the comments? I was able to hack
my way around and fix the other issues I found.

Never mind. I found it; it was glaringly obvious.
