Update dependencies / build with go 1.19 #77

This change updates all dependencies, switches to yaml.v3 and uses go 1.19 to build.

@xperimental would you be able to release a new version? There have been a couple of interesting changes since the last release. :)

@mrueg Good idea. I wanted to get #75 into the next release too, but had other things to do the last days. Let's see when there's time.
