tv out problem - nothing is displayed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have uploaded the sketch to the chip.
2. I connected the Sync to Pin9 with 1KOhm and the Video to Pin7 with 470Ohm.
3. I connected the RCA-Cable (center cable) to 1K and 470Ohm resistors.
4. I connected the Gnd of the board with 75Ohm to the RCA Gnd

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output is the demo text from TVout_R5.91
I can see nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arduino Diecimila / Duemilanove with Atmega168P
Library TVout_R5.91
Vista and Win7

Please provide any additional information below.
I've checked everything several times. Hardware and software work without 
errors but i can't see anything on the screen.
I have tried all pins

I had the same issue and found that the current wiki shows to use pin 7 for the 
video, but I also did not get any image. On reading a bit more I found that the 
pin used from R5.91 and Beta1 has changed.

I found this in the wiki: http://code.google.com/p/arduino-tvout/wiki/Useage

Here it says pin 8 is used for video, but it will change to pin 7 in the 
future. I changed pins accordingly and it worked.
