Allow fal-protect to be installed with php 8

Please squash-commit (!) your change to:

keep ext_emconf.php in sync (yes, that file still exists :D)
raise compatibility for PHP 8.1.0 stable which was tagged yesterday and will be released today, should work as well and if minor warnings are popping up, we'll fix them
