Including hCaptcha as an alternative to reCaptcha #249

Hi, is there a plan to include hCaptcha support as an alternative for reCaptcha? Since hCaptcha does not use cookies and is considered to be more suitable in relation to european data protection regulations, this would be helpful.

Not at the moment, I will research more about hCaptcha and see how hard it would be to implement. No timeline as of this moment.
