Wheelformhelper does not process the request

I installed wheelformhelper according to the documentation, installed the source files in the plugins/wheelformhelper folder, specified the same plugin and name, and then updated composer.json. When I started checking the work, wheelform does not process the code in wheelformhelper https://github.com/xpertbot/wheelformhelper
