Is there a fix for this issues?
Do you have an error log? I need more information than "Notifications are not being sent" Also, I haven't had time to work on the plugin these past weeks. Hopefully someone else can jump in and help you too.
In the logs is no error. The Notification for the customer will not he send to the e-mail address form the customer. I don't get any error. The regular e-mail for the page admin is sending very well.
I tested this on a Windows Server and a Ubuntu 16 server and it worked fine on both. Maybe check to make sure the Mail connection works consistently? Try locally on your development machine using Mailtrap or something similar?
I will keep this open in hopes someone else has encountered the error. If it's plugin related I can fix it. However, if I don't know what the error might be I don't know "what" to fix.

I’m having the same issue here, and at a loss. @wedot Any pointers here as to fix?
Everything works perfectly, system sending emails via Sendgrid, including Admin notification which is the part which is throwing me. Nothing in Spam, nothing in log... If I’m looking in the correct log?
@simonclayson in the e-mail field you have to mark with e-mail field have to be taken to send the user notification to.

I've got a other problem with the plugin. In my craft setup is a form with a user notification and a notification to the pages admin. The notification for the admin will be send but the user notification will not be send to the customer.
I've tryed to fix this by using a individual template with configuration via craft config folder. But it don't worked. The field for the email in the form is email, so that can not be the problem in my understanding.
Can you help me out?
