XP12 CDT on Launch #153

I launched XPilot, and proceeded with the suggested update. After that, XPlane 12 crashes upon launch. Logs are not helpful:

0:00:00.000 I/GFX: Loaded archive Resources/shaders/bin/spv/fake_terrain.xsa with hash: 11f5e1f6a796a64601ddf67aeb93cc

This keeps happening. I tried to uninstall XPilot, remove it's recently changed files, and nothing has helped.

This doesn’t look like a crash caused by xPilot. You can confirm this by removing the xPilot plugin and then starting X-Plane.

If it still crashes after removing the xPilot plugin, then might be a different plugin or a corrupt X-Plane file, video driver crash, etc.

I removed the plugin and no luck. Trying to do an update / reinstall.

Update didn't help. I also tried troubleshooting steps on xp's website. Before I uninstall, what other things can I try?

If it’s not the xPilot plugin, then unfortunately it’s outside the scope of the support I can provide. Your best bet might be to open a support ticket with Laminar.

FYI: I updated my NVIDIA drivers and it is working now.
