docs: mindeposit 300 XPLA #29

hello.

I understand that since the proposal #13 Increase minimum deposit to protect XPLA network from SPAM was passed, the minimum deposit has been increased from 10XPLA to 300XPLA.

I didn't see that updated in the documentation, so I've added it.
