Right-align extension icons #2

As of right now, no toolbar icons are supported, except the downloads icon. If they appear, they are hidden behind the first tab.

It should be possible to show an arbitrary number of icons in the rightmost part of the bar, next to the overflow icon.

With the new Firefox addons button, this feature is not relevant anymore
