Home pages do not appear in sitemap #69

In order to fix #11, I needed to exclude /home and /tuffo from collections. As a result, they do not appear in the sitemap.

A temporary fix could be https://github.com/quasibit/eleventy-plugin-sitemap/issues/73

The final solution would be #67.
