I've made quite a mess, hoping this is a bit more organized.
In production, the packaging process will need to copy the __api__ directory from each module to include/ez and rename it to the same name as the module.
This should close #29 because extending ez is no longer required. Note that the API is executed as if it were placed at the module directory.
