Add Title to Start Screen #32

As a player, I want to know what game I am playing as soon as I start the game. There should be some sort of Title on the start screen.

Acceptance Test:

Start the game by clicking on the .exe file. Once the game has started, place the VR headset on your head and ensure that it is comfortable. Look straight ahead. You should see a sign that says the title of the game, "Virtual Barstool".
