Add Clickable Options Button to the Start Screen

As a player, I want there to be an options button on the start screen that will take me to a new scene where I can change options in the game.

Acceptance Tests:

• When starting the game, verify that the "Options" button is visible on the start screen and is located directly to the right of the "Virtual Bartsool" sign.
• After starting the game, with a controller in each hand, press and hold the big circle on one of the controllers until a line appears on the screen that is coming out of the controller. While still pressing down on the circle, move your controller until the line is touching the blue hologram under the options button and release the button. Verify that the hologram color changes from blue to green and the player teleports to the options scene.
