Make Options Button Clickable #46

We need to add a scene change script to the options button so that when we interact with it, it places the user inside the options menu scene.

Script Tests:

-Get the teleport feature ready by clicking the thumb pad button on either the left or the right controller. Without releasing this button, aim the line over the options button until the circle turns from red to green then release the button. Verify that the user is then placed into the options menu scene.
