Start game by opening saloon doors #61

As a user, I want to be able to reach out and push the saloon doors open. I then want to be placed into the main game scene.

Acceptance Tests:

  1. With controller in your right hand, extend your right arm outwards towards the saloon doors and push the doors open. Verify that the doors open in a realistic fashion.

  2. After the saloon doors open, verify that the screen transitions into the main game scene.
