Add Clickable Start Button to Start Screen #70

As a player, I want to see a start button on the opening menu so that I know where to click to start the game. I would like to be able to click this button and be placed into the main game scene.

Acceptance Tests:

  1. Upon starting the game, With the VR headset on, the start button is visible and located directly to the left of the main "Virtual Barstool" sign.
  2. After starting the game, with a controller in each hand, press and hold the big circle on one of the controllers until a line appears on the screen that is coming out of the controller. While still pressing down on the circle, move your controller until the line is touching the blue hologram on the Start button and release the button. Verify that the hologram color changes from blue to green and the player teleports to the main scene.
