Add Teleportation to the Options Button #79

Due to the fact that the virtual room is larger than the real room, the player needs to be able to teleport to the Options button so they can click it.

Script Tests:

  1. Upon starting the game, verify that the blue teleport location hologram appears under the Options button.
  2. Verify that you can hold the button the your thumb rests on and aim a laser pointer from the controller on to the hologram.
  3. Verify that when the laser pointer is on the hologram and the button is released, the hologram changes from blue to green and the player has been teleported to the Options button.
