London (Cowboy For Jesus Mix) - "Recorded in a local studio (Northampton) with comics writer Alan Moore. Unreleased Anywhere by Anybody. The tune is some hideous particle acceleration of Hawksmoor, William Blake and the Gulf War. Good Old Alan! This is the "Cowboy For Jesus" Mix apparently." Produced by Pat Fish. Reprinted in Art Adams’ Creature Features (Dark Horse Comics, August 1996), with colouring by Laura Allred. Reprinted in Alan Moore’s Songbook (Caliber Press, 1998). Trampling Tokyo song released in 2011 on the CD "A Compilation of Songs and Performances By Alan Moore And Friends" that was included with the book Alan Moore: Storyteller.
