/seedmapper:clear conflicts with vanilla /clear #29

Describe the bug Running /clear (without the seedmapper: prefix) executes /seedmapper:clear.

To Reproduce

  1. Open a world where the current player has operator privileges
  2. Run /clear

Expected behavior The current player's inventory is cleared (the vanilla command is executed)

Resolved in 02fe7bf2802393019e5a38397f50151e13c57f2b
