Closes #38, closes #42. Todo:

[ ] Prevent some world files from being saved
[ ] Fix registry related argument types for /sm:locate
[ ] Fix point of interest locating

whats preventing this branch from being merged? + any updates/problems?

Mostly that I am not convinced it is in a releasable state now. I am experimenting with something different, though.

these is this mod (modrinth: https://modrinth.com/mod/world-preview/version/JJzfHWi8 ) source: https://modrinth.com/mod/world-preview/version/JJzfHWi8 idk if youve seen it or not but it provides a chunk base like preview of your world but it only works in singleplayer (and the creator has no plans to make it multiplayer). which dose support 1.17+ world gen/structure gen. Maybe it could be useful only real problem i see is that biomes are now 3d and idk if the mod takes that into account
