Port 'schemas' on p:validate-with-nvdl should be bound to p:empty on default #453

I assume it to be the "normal" case that schemas are resolved by the NVDL dispatcher itself via URI. As a convinience for pipeline authors we should declare port 'schemas' as being bind to p:empty by default.
