File steps: Attribute 'name' is not mentioned for p:file-info #506

In the prose about p:file-info there is a list of optional attributes reported with c:file, c:directory, or c:other. This list does not include a name attribute. I think this is a mistake.

Suggestion: Copy the following phrase (taken from p:directory-list) before the attribute list:

Each of the elements c:file, c:directory, and c:other has a name attribute, whose value is a relative IRI reference, giving the (local) file or directory name.
