Port "source" on p:os-exec is a sequence port, but an error has to be raised, if more than one doc apears on that port. This make sense to me, but we can not use error XD0006 (as said in the specs) which is for non sequence ports and is raised, if not exactly one doc appear.
Simple solution: New error code.
