Tests "ab-p-run-035" and "ab-p-run-036" are wrong #710

as @ndw pointed out to me, the two steps (as written) should fail with XC0200 ("It is a dynamic error if the pipeline input to the p:run step is not a valid pipeline.") because the prefix "xs" used in the stylesheet is not bound.
