Wrote some tests for p:validate-with-dtd. What is not yet covered is

I don't have an implementation to test them against yet, but they look fine on a casual inspection. Commit at will!

Well, I merged what was in PR but I don't think it's quite right :-( Will make another PR now.

No, the sources look right, but the built version seems out-of-date in an inexplicable way. Investigating.
