This tests that the p:version property returns 3.0.

Mine returns 3.1.

We could fix this by making either 3.0 or 3.1 a pass, or we could add a new test for 3.1 (and I'll put the 3.0 test in my exclusions file). Do you have a preference?

I think this is related to the outcome of https://github.com/xproc/3.0-specification/issues/1116
