In particular, there needs to be a paragraph on the numerics/dependencies/language etc (see X-PSI JOSS for a good template for this paragraph), and the software paragraph needs checking and updating. Feel free to make other amendments if needed too!
I haven't yet checked that this compiles but I'm going to set that up as a separate issue.
