Currently the Likelihood API has separate documentation for TwoHotRegions. I feel that no one ever uses this module, and I don't really see a point in using it either since HotRegions can take in multiple HotRegion objects. I am in favour of removing/deprecating this from the Likelihood API, as well as maybe the actual codebase.
