Implement split atmosphere interpolation for 4 dimensional atmospheres #389

Previously a split atmosphere interpolation for 5 dimensions was implemented. It has not been tested whether doing the same in 4 dimensions is actually faster, but it could be.

Idea here is to follow the same logic and implement a split interpolation for 4 dimensions.
