Le plugin peut se charger plusieurs fois via la commande plugin_load

En fait le bug n'est pas tout a fait corrigé. En effet la méthode du socket 
ne marche pas ici car si il y a plusieurs serveurs CSS sur la même machine, on 
ne peux loader que  sur un seul serveur.
