Add dynamic Pause button #56

This disables/greys out the Pause button if xqemu is not running.

I'd suggest "Only enable Pause button while XQEMU runs" (or similar) as commit title instead (PR title can remain as-is). Dynamic is a rather broad term.

I've tested this PR a bit, and think it's good. I intend to merge this by the end of the week (with or without change in commit title - although I'd prefer a more descriptive title).
