[Documentation] Expand README to include differences between this add-on and original Load Balancer #7

There seems to be some confusion about what the difference is between this add-on and the original "load balancer" add-on you acknowledge in the README (for example, this Reddit post and related comments concerning the topic).

It would be helpful to add to both the README and the Anki add-ons page what differentiates this add-on from plain "load balancer."

Thanks. I responded to the question on Reddit. Yes, it would be a good idea for me to update the readme with this issue. Please leave this issue open as a reminder.
