extra feature: Add each word you look up to a vocabulary trainer #278

No issue, but a Feature I am looking for in a dictionary and since I really 
like this app but do not know anything about programming, maybe someone else 
does:

- would it be possible to store each word I look up automatically so I can 
review the words I did not know and learn them?
