Missing UNICODE in screen output of DictionaryBuilder.jar #287

I just built a Russian dictionary, which looks fine, so UNICODE is supported 
(of course).
However, I can't read the list of most frequent words created by during the 
dictionary building (all ???). I want to use it tweak the stoplist. I guess the 
command prompt can't handle UNICODE, but optionally saving the list to a file 
would be nice and easy to implement.
