Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary? If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When downloading a dictionary, the screen must to be on and also it needed to
not be rotated. if so, the download will restart.
I can offer that the app will use the android built-in download manager(as the
google-play use) and the download will be in the background.
