coordinate release v0.9.75 #502

@newville unfortunately I was fully busy on the beamline this week and I did not have the time to prepare for next release. Would it be possible to postpone by one week? That is, releasing v0.9.75 on March 15th? I propose to use this issue to coordinate next release.

Here what I would like to include in next release:

I am also doing some cleaning among the open issues and tagging the milestone with the next release.

@maurov Yes to March 15.

I've been busy at our beamline too and not done very much (I think #500 is better and no longer failing, if maybe not perfect).

I will work on #411 and #496, and expect to have those done by mid-week next week. I'm also hoping to have an example of "generate Jupyter notebook from Larix history", and maybe even a start on "Feffit to Jupyter", and maybe "Pre-edge Peak fit to Jupyter", and "PCA / LCF to Jupyter" too.

Have a great weekend!

@newville I postponed #411 and #496, as they are not urgent. I did some cleaning in the issues, but do not hesitate to close those that you addressed. From my side, green light to release 0.9.75.

@maurov Thanks -- yes, I agree that we will continue to work on/toward those....
