inventory & {Buyouts} tag #256

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7, v1.4.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I set a buyout for an item which is currently in use by a char.
2. I use the {Buyouts} tag in the template
3. The item won't show up in the generated forum code.

Procurement currently doesn't support buyouts for gear used by characters, I'll 
look into this in a future release.
