Crash when go to trade section #262

NB: First check the wiki and existing issues!

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.3, windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.load up procurement
2.click trade section at the top
3.crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected to see trade section displayed in the window. 

crashed

You have to replace the settings.xml with the one of the new version. Fixed the 
problem for me.
