crush after loading #265

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.4 
windows 7 64-bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. logged in
2. waited for everything to load
3. application crushed

This seems to be something related to your settings file, try download a new 
copy and login with the default settings.
