What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.5.4 on win 7 64

What steps will reproduce the problem? Unsure, started when leagues merged.

After loading most of my information, I get this, always at the demon pelt item.

This is due to the leagues ending, clear out your data folder (one with your 
alias/email address) and try login again.

If you still get the error, clear out the data folder again and copy over the 
default settings.xml
